Helen has more than 30 years of marketing and advertising experience marketing products and services at well-known advertising agencies, corporations and nonprofits including GSD&M, The Richards Group, Dell, World Vision and Compassion International.

Helen started hey.u mktg in 2019 to fill a void for small businesses and non-profits, after finding that there were few options when she was a Marketing Director for a small non-profit. She has successfully grown the business by providing clients with great work that works. Helen is committed to a non-retainer model as it benefits clients who don't have a consistent need for marketing activity. It also provides the hey.u team with the opportunity to work with many different clients on a wide variety of projects so no one gets bored. As a result, most hey.u clients are the result of a client referral and the hey.u team has experienced very little turnover in the past 5 years.

Her expertise is working as a fractional CMO to help guide clients who don't have senior marketing expertise in-house. She has the ability to develop a close, collaborative relationship with clients that helps to bring about the best results within the budget provided.
